Model UN Demonstrates Diplomacy Skills at Conference Focused on World Environmental Challenges
MB’s Model UN did a tremendous job representing our school at the Model UN Conference at Wheeler School in Providence on October 27. Our delegation consisted of Vanya T., Kendra S., Serafina H., Emily J., Sarah B., and Quinn H.. The conference was focused on climate change and environmental challenges. Special congratulations to Quinn H. who earned the Best Negotiator Award for an excellent representation of Serbia at the Sustainable Innovation Forum!
“It is heartening to watch young people embrace conflict resolution, diplomacy, and seeing problems from multiple perspectives,” said humanities teacher and group advisor Jennifer Stewart.
